Olivar is a CRM platform built for independent life insurance agents, operated by OA Technologies. When this policy says "Olivar," "we," "us," or "our," it refers to OA Technologies and the Olivar platform accessible at olivarco.com.

Olivar uses a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the platform. Each is bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or financial compliance purposes (such as billing records).
Beta application data (name, email, responses) is retained for up to 12 months to communicate about the program, then deleted.

Olivar is a professional business tool intended for licensed insurance agents. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, please contact us at hello@olivarco.com and we will delete it promptly.
If we make material changes to this privacy policy, we will notify active users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available at olivarco.com/privacy. Your continued use of Olivar after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
